Through its programs\u2019 implementations, CamboDHRRA see the needs to enhance its performance through the creation of Pool of Experts for the sector.<br \/>\nPool of Experts consists of experts from various background of knowledge and experiences who becomes the key human resource to support CamboDHRRA concerning certain identified and special needs related to the implementation of its programs. Moreover, the experts has enough capabilities to handle assignments as consultancy work (i.e trainings and research) to external institutions.<br \/>\nThrough pool of experts, CamboDHRRA has organized and facilitated several trainings and researches at national and regional levels on Agri-Business and Value Chain Development, Strengthen Youth and Women participation in responsible agricultural investment (RAI), Marketing of Organic Products, Business Planning, Constructive Engagement, and Knowledge Management and Communication.<br \/>\nThe pool of Experts of CamboDHRRA is a strong and committed team that continuously offer support to the implementation of CamboDHRRA and deliver consultancy service on agricultural sectors to partners and outsiders who wish to work and collaborate with CamboDHRRA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2-Biography of Experrts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HIM NOEUN<\/strong><br \/>\nExpertise: Agri-business and Leadership and Management<br \/>\nSecretary General, CamboDHRRA<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cambodhrra.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Noeun-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-3652 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/cambodhrra.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Noeun-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cambodhrra.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Noeun-1.jpg 452w, https:\/\/cambodhrra.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Noeun-1-300x259.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/a>Mr. Him Noeun has a long-term experience in facilitating\/providing training especially on topics like leadership and management, community development, resource mobilization, agri-business, contract farming, organic standard, project management, business management and constructive dialogue. From 2005 to mid-2020, he worked for NGOs such as CEDAC, IIRR and FNN. He previously served as a Program Officer, PADEE project financial literacy training coordinator, Program Manager for the Cambodian Smallholder Agricultural Insurance Scheme. He is the focal person on youth and responsible agriculture investment in Cambodia, a project of AsiaDHRRA in partnership with FAO. He is currently the Secretary General of CamboDHRRA. With her 13 years of experience working for local NGOs in the fields of inclusive Market for Smallholder Farmer, Woman Empowerment Economic in Agriculture, Women\u2019s Rights, Education, Maternal and Child Health, WASH, Agriculture, Community Mobilization, Economic Development, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaption, Natural Resources and Biodiversity Conservation, and Gender, she has advanced multi-skill expertise and become Program Manager and Key focal pion on Gender in AFD. Senghor is a part of CamboDHRRA team in implementing of project namely \u201cStrengthening youth and women carry and benefit from Responsible Agriculture Investment (RAI)\u201d as Youth and Gender Expert.<br \/>\nHer education background in Bachelor Degree Business Management and Economic in Management at CUS University Kampong Thom Province, Cambodia and Graduated Bachelor Degree of Accounting at Angkor City Institute, Kampong Thom Province<br \/>\nLast but not least, Ms. Senghor is a highly qualified trainer providing practical, effective training courses on Agriculture sector including Chicken and Vegetable technique, Gender Action Learning System, Climate change adaptation and Entrepreneurship with Agricultural Cooperative and other community in AFD target area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1-Introduction CamboDHRRA is one of the national multi-stakeholder partnership network that mobilizes agriculture-related institutions and people to work together to improve agriculture production and market linkages that benefit farmers and their communities.
