\nThe primary purpose of the APH is to create a space for coordination, dialogue, and innovation among key stakeholders to strengthen agricultural value chains and improve market systems. The specific objectives include:
\n\u2022\tFacilitate the identification of critical issues affecting agribusiness operations, such as market inefficiencies, limited access to finance, inadequate infrastructure, and policy constraints and develop collaborative solutions that address these challenges.
\n\u2022\tEnhance the capacities of smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses to meet market demands, improve productivity, and maintain quality standards.
\n\u2022\tStrengthen relationships within the value chain to improve trust, transparency, and efficiency.
\n\u2022\tEngage with policymakers to advocate for enabling environments that support agribusiness development, including improved regulatory frameworks, market incentives, and investment in infrastructure.
