Specifically, the new LoA will contribute to the implementation of FAO\u2019s strategic framework and its cross-cutting themes on Gender Equality and rural women\u2019s empowerment, Inclusive rural transformation, and scaling-up investment; Green innovation and Small-scale producers\u2019 equitable access to resources.<br \/>\nIt will also contribute to regional priorities of ASEAN Member States (AMS) by supporting the implementation of the ASEAN Guidelines on Promoting Responsible Investment in Food, Agriculture and Forestry (ASEAN-RAI): Guideline 3 on women and youth; and the ASEAN Framework Action Plan on Rural Development and Poverty Eradication 2021-2025: Human pillar and Inclusivity pillar.<br \/>\nThis new LoA covers three countries include Cambodia, Laos and the Philippines, from September 2021 to December 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>13 September 2021 FAO-AsiaDHRRA Kick-Off Meeting for 2021-2022 LoA Representatives from FAO RAP and HQ, AsiaDHRRA RAI Team, and DHRRA RAI coordinators (included CamboDHRRA) opened the week with the new LoA kick-off meeting.
