Project Name: \tStrengthening multi-actor partnerships in Cambodia to promote sustainable value chains for natural rubber

Main Responsibilities
<\/strong>
\n–\tFacilitate and undertake activities of the project,
\n–\tProvide direct capacity building and management support to agricultural cooperatives, rubber farmer groups, farmers leaders,
\n–\tSupport smallholder rubber farmer groups and cooperatives to access markets, capital and quality agricultural inputs,
\n–\tConduct mentoring and follow up smallholder rubber farmers in applying Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), agroforestry and other livelihood activities,
\n–\tSupport organizing activities, workshops, trainings and seminars,
\n–\tFacilitate data gathering for project design, monitoring and evaluation,
\n–\tPrepare progress and financial report for own responsible project area,
\n–\tMaintain good relationship with local stakeholders in own target area,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Qualifications and competencies
<\/strong>
\n\u2022\tUniversity degree in business administration, agriculture, preferably in rubber sector or relevance
\n\u2022\tAt least two (2) years of professional work experience in agriculture sector in Cambodia, rubber is preferred
\n\u2022\tStrong facilitation experiences in mobilizing smallholder famers
\n\u2022\tKnow-how of field activities and challenges on the grass-roots level is required
\n\u2022\tKnowledgeable of the project target areas is strongly required
\n\u2022\tStrong self-disciplines (have the end in mind, sound personal development skills and positive mental attitudes and inspire other to achieve intended goals and objectives of the project)
\n\u2022\tGood in English
\n\u2022\tBe proactive and creative
\n\u2022\tBe a team player and act as a role model focusing on 4Es (Effectiveness, Efficiency, Ethics and Environment)
\n\u2022\tResident of the target provinces is preferred <\/p>\n

\nUndertake other duties (within individual competence and capacities) necessary to support the activities of CamboDHRRA, as and when required by Program Officer and\/or Secretary General.
