Cambodian Partnership for the Development of Human Resource in Rural Areas Association (CamboDHRRA) is one of the national network platforms that mobilizes agriculture-related institutions and people to work together to improve agriculture production and market linkages that benefit farmers and their communities. CamboDHRRA initiated since 18 March 2019 by group of institutions who are working on agriculture and rural development supported. CamboDHRRA official registered at Ministry of Interior on 28 May 2020 with 21 multi-sector institutions including 4 National Farmer Organizations, 12 National\/International Non-Government Organizations and 5 private companies.<\/p>\n
CamboDHRRA is seeking one Admin and Finance Assistance (AFA). <\/p>\n
Duty Station: CamboDHRRA Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
\nContract Type: Employment Contract<\/p>\n
Job Description
\n\u2022\tSupport the organization in finance, project-related logistics, and administration.
\n\u2022\tPreparing monthly and yearly tax declarations, including NSSF tax (in the E-filling system).
\n\u2022\tReview payment requests.
\n\u2022\tCheck and calculate receipts, invoices, and finance-related supporting documents.
\n\u2022\tMaintain up to date of inventory database for all purchased equipment.
\n\u2022\tManage procurement of equipment and services, including obtaining quotations.
\n\u2022\tAdminister petty cash funds: including making payments and exchanging currency.
\n\u2022\tDeliver equipment and materials to the project staff.
\n\u2022\tFiling, maintenance, and storage of stocks of equipment needed for the project.
\n\u2022\tManage all logistical arrangements, such as securing the venue, sending invitations, making travel, food, and accommodation arrangements for participants, preparing workshop documents, and documenting the events by taking detailed minutes and photographs\/videos.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\n\u2022\tCambodian nationality.
\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, business administration, management, or related fields.
\n\u2022\tAt least two years of work experience in accountant and administration-related fields, preferably with a non-government organization and\/or private company.
\n\u2022\tKnowledge of tax declaration procedures and regulations.
\n\u2022\tExcellent, proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
\n\u2022\tDemonstrate organizational and time management skills.
\n\u2022\tDemonstrate ability to work under pressure and to organize and manage workload to meet deadlines.
\n\u2022\tDemonstrate characteristics of honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
\n\u2022\tFlexibility and ability to perform multi-tasks.
\n\u2022\tComputer literacy in Microsoft Office (including Excel), Internet, Facebook, and e-mail.
\n\u2022\tAbility to use accounting software including QuickBooks.
\n\u2022\tGood spoken and written English.
\n\u2022\tAbility to learn quickly, prioritize tasks and work independently, without supervision.<\/p>\n
