Cambodian Partnership for the Development of Human Resources in Rural Areas Association (CamboDHRRA) is national multi-sectors association consist of Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Farmer Organizations (FOs), private sectors, and specialized institutions that mobilizes agriculture value chain actors to work and cooperate together that bring benefits to Cambodian farmers. CamboDHRRA is a member of AsiaDHRRA which is NGO affiliated with regional ASEAN entity.<\/p>\n
We are currently looking for Admin & Finance Intern (Full Time) based in Phnom Penh.<\/p>\n
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
\nThe Admin & Finance Intern will support the Finance Team to validate supporting documents, preparing financial transaction, communicate with relevant staff members to obtain the missing documents, process invoice, receipt, stamp “paid” and manage filling and documentation to be keep to the Data Safe for storage.<\/p>\n
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Review and validate supporting documentation before processing financial transactions to ensure all required documents are accurate and complete and proper authorizations are in place.
\n\u2022 Preparing invoice and official receipt to member and other
\n\u2022 Bank and Cash processing payment
\n\u2022 Support Finance team to communicate on any outstanding supporting documents for staff advance, staff liquidation before processing vouchers.
\n\u2022 Stamp “PAID” for all financial supporting documents.
\n\u2022 File the voucher and financial supporting documents to ensure that all finance voucher is filled in-order\/correctly and easy access to those documents while there is any audit or donor visits.
\n\u2022 Facilitate and arrange the financial supporting documents to be ready for audit and donor visits.
\n\u2022 Scan the required supporting documents to submit to donor or team as needed.<\/p>\n
EDUCATION BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE & REQUIRMENT
\n\u2022 Professional diploma\/Certificate or courses in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration a plus. B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration highly preferred.
\n\u2022 Minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience.
\n\u2022 Experience with Local or International Organization.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Khmer.
\n\u2022 Ability to travel to the field and other countries as per required.<\/p>\n
