On the morning of 08 July 2025 at Sunway Hotel, Phnom Penh, CamboDHRRA, under the framework of the MRLG Phase 3 project, organized an awareness workshop on \u201cConflict Resolution in Contract Farming Guidance\u201d. The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding and practices to ensure fair and effective contract farming arrangements for smallholder farmers.<\/div>\n
A total of 31 participants (11 women) attended the workshop, including representatives from civil society organizations (CSOs), agricultural cooperatives, the Union of Agricultural Cooperatives, farmer organizations, and private companies.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Through a series of insightful presentations, practical experience sharing from agricultural cooperatives, CSO, union of agricultural cooperative, private company and an interactive plenary discussion, the session provided valuable tools and guidance to help smallholder farmers, CSOs, and relevant stakeholders resolve conflict in a transparent, inclusive, and rights-based manner.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
