The Agricultural Cooperative Business Forum 2025 (ACBF2025) was held on November 12, 2025, and was followed by CAFE2025 on November 13 in Phnom Penh. The event was co-organized by CamboDHRRA, its members, the Cambodia Agricultural Cooperative Alliance, the NGO Forum on Cambodia, and development partners under the theme \u201cBuilding Stronger Agricultural Cooperatives through Digital Solutions.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The forum was presided over by Dr. Chay Chim, Director of the Department of Agro-Industry, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; Mr. Frew Behabtu, Country Director of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD); Mr. Neth Sovann, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CamboDHRRA; Mr. Hun Seanghon, Executive Director of the Cambodian Agricultural Cooperative Alliance; and Mr. Soeung Saroeun, Executive Director of the NGO Forum on Cambodia.<\/p>\n

The event brought together more than 350 participants, including agricultural cooperatives, community fisheries, community forestry groups, women and youth networks, indigenous communities, non-governmental organizations, government ministries and institutions, Provincial Departments of Agriculture, commune agricultural officers, private sector companies, financial institutions, and universities.<\/p>\n
