Position Overview<\/strong>
\nCamboDHRRA is inviting applications for the position of Program Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in program management and community development. The intern will support the program team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and documenting project activities.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong>
\n– Assist in organizing workshops, trainings, meetings, and field visits.
\n– Support coordination with project partners, communities, and stakeholders.
\n– Collect, compile, and maintain program data and documentation.
\n– Assist in preparing reports, meeting notes, and success stories.
\n– Provide administrative support to the program team.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong>
\n– Current student or recent graduate in Development Studies, Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Sciences, or related fields.
\n– Strong interest in community development and sustainable agriculture.
\n– Good communication skills in Khmer; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
\n– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
\n– Willingness to travel to project sites if required.<\/p>\n
