The position requires strong coordination, facilitation, monitoring, reporting, and partnership-building skills.<\/p>\n<p>For detail key responsibilities, please refer to attached <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1uqCXWXcs5XvJw2ejECp7MOdEpcaRCtK_\/view?usp=drive_link\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications and Competencies<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development, Agribusiness\/Agro-industry, or related fields.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAt least 5 years of experience in project coordination or program management.<br \/>\n\u2022\tExperience in facilitating trainings, workshops, and meetings.<br \/>\n\u2022\tExperience in organizing campaigns (offline and online).<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong understanding of project management methodologies.<br \/>\n\u2022\tGood knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and performance management.<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong reporting and writing skills in Khmer and English.<br \/>\n\u2022\tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\n\u2022\tProficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022\tWillingness to travel to target areas.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates are invited to submit:<br \/>\n\u2022\tA cover letter outlining their suitability for the position<br \/>\n\u2022\tA detailed CV (including at least two referees)<\/p>\n<p>Please send your application to: info@cambodhrra.org<br \/>\n<strong>Subject line<\/strong>: Application for Program Officer Position<br \/>\nApplication Deadline: March 31, 2026<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.<\/p>\n<p><em>CamboDHRRA is an equal opportunity employer.
