From Community Innovation to National Policy: Climate-Smart Digital Solutions for Indigenous Livelihoods

CamboDHRRA is pleased to share that Mr. Him Noeun, Secretary General of CamboDHRRA, was invited as a panelist in the Workshop on Dissemination of Project Results, Project Closure, Agricultural Product Exhibition, and the Launch of the FarmOS Digital Market Platform under the Cambodia Sustainable Livelihood for Indigenous Communities Project, held on 18 December 2025.

The panel discussion focused on key lessons from the project in the context of climate change, highlighting how these lessons align with national policies and their potential for scaling up and institutional support. Mr. Him Noeun emphasized the importance of climate-resilient livelihoods, inclusive digital market platforms, and indigenous community participation as critical pathways toward sustainable and equitable agricultural development in Cambodia.
