Cambodhrra Cambodian Partnership for Development Human Resource in Rural Area Association
Mr. Him Noeun, Secretary General of CamboDHRRA, attended the Workshop on AsiaDHRRA Strategic Action Plan (SAP) 2026–2030 held on 10–11 February 2026 in Manila, Philippines.
The two-day workshop brought together DHRRA representatives across the region to validate SAP targets, present organizational commitments, conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning, and craft resource mobilization strategies for the next five years. The gathering also served as a meaningful platform to revitalize solidarity and strengthen collaboration among DHRRA networks.
CamboDHRRA reaffirmed its commitment to contributing actively to the regional SAP goals, promoting sustainable agriculture, strengthening farmers’ organizations, and advancing inclusive rural development in Cambodia and beyond.
Together, we move forward with stronger partnership and shared vision for 2026–2030.
