Mr. Him Noeun, Secretary-General of CamboDHRRA, represented the organization in a high-level Stakeholder Consultation held on 25 April 2026 in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The consultation brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including development practitioners, private sector representatives, and civil society organizations to exchange perspectives and strengthen collaboration on key development challenges.
The consultation, hosted at Dalgaebi Restaurant in Jung-gu, served as a platform to synthesize insights from the preceding symposium and to engage participants in a constructive dialogue on emerging issues and strategic directions. The program featured an official opening session, followed by contextual presentations, a moderated public consultation, and an open forum for recommendation building.
The moderated public consultation provided an opportunity for stakeholders to exchange views on practical challenges and opportunities in implementing sustainable digital agriculture development initiatives. Key themes included improving market access for smallholder farmers, enhancing digital literacy, strengthening policy frameworks, and fostering partnerships between government agencies and grassroots organizations.
“The consultation is a valuable opportunity to connect local experiences with global perspectives,” said Mr. Him Noeun. “CamboDHRRA remains committed to working with partners across the region to promote equitable and sustainable agricultural development.”
The event concluded with a synthesis of key recommendations and a closing session, followed by a networking lunch that allowed participants to further strengthen partnerships and collaboration.
