CamboDHRRA in partnership with OREDA organize Agri-Processing Training to leaders of producer group and agricultural cooperative in Kampot province

Agri-processing plays a vital role in reduction in the wastage of perishable agricultural produce, enhancing shelf life of food products, ensuring value addition to agricultural produce, diversification and commercialization of agriculture, generation of employment and enhancing income of farmers.

To capacitate and equip Agri-processing skills, CamboDHRRA in collaboration with OREDA organize two-day training from 06 to 07 April 2023 on Agri-Food Processing to 28 target beneficiaries (10 women) of OREDA in Kampot province.
The training organized in the objectives:
• To produce value added products which increase their income.
• To apply adequate hygiene standards for food production.
• To increase the shelf life of their products and hence minimize produce losses.
