Training on Group Management for Young Farmer Leaders (YFL)

CamboDHRRA successfully conducted a 3-day Training on Group Management for Young Farmer Leaders (YFL) from 11–13 March 2026 in Kampong Chhnang Province. The training brought together 25 youth participants, including 16 young women, to strengthen their leadership skills and improve group management practices.
Participants learned practical skills on leadership roles, conflict resolution, effective meeting management, and group planning. Through interactive discussions and group exercises, young farmer leaders also developed shared visions and short-term action plans to strengthen their groups and support sustainable community development.
This initiative aims to empower youth leaders to build strong, accountable, and sustainable farmer groups that contribute to resilient rural livelihoods.
