- Support capacity development to members (including TOT) based on needed topics (technical, business, organizational development, innovative technology) using different approaches (training, facilitation, coaching etc.)
- Establish expert pool/hub at national
- Develop useful resources (tools, manuals etc.)
- Facilitate exchange between farmer organizations
- Organize exposure visits for CamboDHRRA members and farmer organizations
- Work with members to develop youths capacity and involve in then in agricultural value chain activities
- Work with members to identify key farmers to be TOT persons (local experts)
- Facilitate capital sources (MFIs/Bank) or starting capital for farmer organizations
- Facilitate communication/links for effective agriculture management
