- Participate in consultation process for law drafting, and wherever possible, advocate for positive responses from public sector/government on specific agricultural related issues
- Conduct dialogue with Rural Development Bank (RDB-SME) and development partners for getting supports to start up business
- Build trust between value chain actors (people, public, private partnership) to improve partnership and cooperative between all actors in the value chain (including involving government)
- Organize National Cooperative/Farmer Forum
- Assess information on business opportunities and possible cooperation needs; and share them to relevant value chain actors
