13th General Assembly (GA) of AsiaDHRRA, virtually

Mr. Pan Sopheap, Chairperson and Mr. Him Noeun, Secretary General of CamboDHRRA participated in 13th General Assembly (GA) of AsiaDHRRA, virtually. The objectives of the virtual GA are to:
• To conduct statutory governance activities of the network, including the election of new set of officers for 2023-2026;
• To identify specific areas for collaboration between and among DHRRA members and network partners, guided by priority thematic agenda and partnerships, at the global, regional and national levels, and contribute in transforming agriculture and food systems in the region, especially post-COVID19 pandemic;
• To reconnect and build understanding and solidarity among AsiaDHRRA and DHRRA leaders as we listen to updates and stories from on the ground, linked to our regional thrusts.
The GA also served as the culmination of the series of AsiaDHRRA e-learning sessions based on 2021-2025 Strategic Action Plan (SAP) thematic building blocks: rural youth and women, digitalization in agriculture, agroecology and climate resilience, and territorial rural development.
