សមាគមភាពជាដៃគូកម្ពុជាដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ធនធានមនុស្សនៅជនបទ (ខាំបូដ្រា|CamboDHRRA) គឺជាវេទិកាពហុភាគីថ្នាក់ជាតិមួយដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំស្ថាប័ន និងតួអង្គសំខាន់ៗទាក់ទងនឹងកសិកម្ម និង ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ រួមមានអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល អង្គការកសិករ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីធ្វើការរួមគ្នាក្នុងការកែលម្អ ផលិតកម្មកសិកម្ម និងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទីផ្សារដែលផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់កសិករ និងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ តាមរយៈការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី មូលនិធិអន្តរជាតិដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឃន៍កសិកម្ម (IFAD) និង ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម ស្បៀងអាហារ និងកិច្ចការជនបទកូរ៉េ(MAFRA)តាមរយៈ AsiaDHRRA CamboDHRRA បាននឹងកំពុងអនុវត្តន៍គម្រោងការលើកកម្ពស់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចកសិករខ្នាតតូចតាមរយៈដំណោះស្រាយឌីជីថល (SEEDS) ក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយអង្គការកសិករថ្នាក់ជាតិចំនួន៤ សហគមន៍កសិកម្មចំនួន៨ ដែលផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដោយផ្ទាល់ដល់កសិករខ្នាតតូចចំនួន៤ ០០០នាក់ និងដោយប្រយោលប្រមាណ១៦ ០០០នាក់។ គោលបំណងគម្រោងគឺ ដើម្បីពន្លឿនការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មនៃគ្រួសារខ្នាតតូចនៅតំបន់ជនបទក្រីក្រ តាមរយៈដំណោះស្រាយ និងអន្តរាគមន៍ឌីជីថល និង ICT ។ សមាគមខាំបូដ្រា រួមជាមួយអង្គការកសិករចំនួន៤ផ្សេងទៀត កំពុងស្វែងរកបុគ្គលិកក្រៅម៉ោង តាមមូលដ្ឋាន ដែលនឹងត្រូវបម្រើការងារជា ជំនួយការកសិកម្មឌីជីថលតាមសហគមន៍ (DAA) នៃគម្រោងស៊ីដ (SEEDS)។ គម្រោងផ្តល់អាទិភាពចំពោះស្ត្រី ជាពិសេសយុវតីអាយុពី 18 ទៅ …
